Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-10-12-v1 · Effective 12 October 2026
Business terms for Speedy Courier Software, including trial, billing, cancellation and use of the platform.
1. Who we are
Speedy Courier Software is a trading name of BLITZEN RUDOLPH LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14874446. Registered office: 1a Highfield Road, Dartford, England, DA1 2JH. The company is VAT registered.
2. Business customers and agreement
These terms apply to business use of our hosted courier-management software, website, office dashboard and associated driver and customer portals (the “Service”). By registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The contract is between that organisation and BLITZEN RUDOLPH LTD. The Service is business software, not a courier or freight brokerage, insurer, payment guarantor or transport operator.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate details, maintain account security, control access for staff, drivers and customers, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your authorised accounts. We may require email verification and a valid payment card before granting full access.
4. Free trial and subscription pricing
New eligible company accounts receive a 30-day free trial beginning when the trial starts under the onboarding process. No subscription fee is charged during the free trial. Following the trial, the monthly subscription fee is calculated from jobs marked Delivered with a completion timestamp in the relevant billing month:
- 0–100 completed jobs: £30 per month
- 101–500: £60 per month
- 501–1,000: £100 per month
- 1,001 or more: £200 per month
These prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. The minimum paid tier is £30 for an active paid subscription, even if no jobs are completed. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid post-trial subscription charges. Trial eligibility is normally limited to one trial per business; we may prevent misuse.
5. Card authority, invoices and payment
By providing a card and completing authentication, you authorise us to store a payment method securely through Stripe and initiate recurring charges for subscription fees due under these terms, including applicable VAT. Your card is handled by Stripe, not stored as full card details by us. We will provide billing records or invoices as applicable. If a payment fails, amounts remain due; we may retry the payment method and suspend access after reasonable notice. Charges for periods already incurred remain payable.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time with no fixed-term commitment by submitting a support ticket from the office dashboard, or using the support contact method made available on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we confirm an earlier date. To avoid renewal, request cancellation before the next billing period starts. We do not refund a billing period already started except where required by law or expressly agreed. We may suspend or terminate for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment or material breach, giving notice where reasonably practicable.
7. Your operational and legal responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for the courier services you provide, including driver suitability, employment status, right to work, licences, vehicle insurance, roadworthiness, transport regulation, pricing, tax, invoices, proof-of-delivery practices, customer contracts and disputes. We do not verify that your drivers, vehicles or activities comply with legal requirements and do not guarantee delivery outcomes.
8. Data, confidentiality and privacy
Each subscribing courier business ordinarily determines why and how its own customer, driver and job data is used and acts as controller of that data. We generally process such data to deliver the Service on its behalf. We act as controller for our own registration, billing, support and website operations. Both parties must comply with applicable data protection law. The Privacy Policy explains our own processing. A suitable data processing agreement must also govern processing on your behalf; contact support for the applicable agreement and sub-processor information. You must give required privacy notices to your own customers and drivers.
9. Acceptable use and access controls
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent tenant boundaries, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, reverse-engineer except where permitted by law, or use the Service to harm others. Access to another company’s data is prohibited. Report any suspected cross-company data exposure immediately.
10. Availability, integrations and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party providers and mapping, email, payment or hosting services can affect functionality. We may update features for security, compliance and improvement, taking reasonable steps to avoid material disruption.
11. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, documentation and platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your business data and grant us permission to host and process it as needed to supply the Service.
12. Warranties and liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and loss of profits, business, revenue or anticipated savings. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid or payable by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitations are subject to applicable law and reasonableness requirements.
13. Ending access and data export
Following termination, access may end and we may retain or delete data in accordance with our retention arrangements and legal obligations. Request an export of your data before the account closes. We will provide reasonable assistance where technically practicable, subject to lawful restrictions and any agreed processing terms.
14. Updates, notices and disputes
We may revise these terms prospectively and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after a change takes effect indicates acceptance where lawful; if you do not agree, you may cancel. English law governs this agreement and, subject to mandatory law, courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Contact support through your dashboard for contractual enquiries.
